Still barrel aged wine made from Grüner Veltliner was blended with fermenting Riesling juice from new vintage (final blend is therefore roughly 95:5). Wine is undigorged so the slow fermentation still continues.
Creamy, and refreshing bubbles. Mixed notes of citrus and stone fruits on the nose. The taste
is round with notes of brioche yeastiness and riesling tang. Acidity is lingering, but not piercing.
Alc.: 12.32% abv.
