7 botanicals were macerated in 10 years old wine (think Vin Jaune) 14 days. Added sugar was made by reducing the fresh grape juice from domain's vineyards. Fortification of the vermouth by adding unaged domain's brandy.
Sipping rose vermouth that has wormwood notes mixed with roasted nuts and lovely sweetness. We recommend to consume straight cold from fridge, or over ice rocks.
