Fragrant Chardonnay with notes of summer meadow and juicy pomelo. The palate is delicate yet structured, with rounded acidity, subtle minerality and a long finish of fresh pear and yellow apple. Light golden in colour. 24 hours maceration and aged for one year on fine lees in stainless steel. Ideal with roasted poultry, mature cheeses or vegetable dishes.
