"The story of this wine begins in Australia. The time spent with my friends at the Commune of Buttons winery was so deeply etched in my memory that I needed to express the knowledge, and experiences it enriched me with. The goal was not to imitate them, but to show gratitude and to approach wine the way I saw it and got to know it in Adelaide Hills. Title "Hey mate!" as a greeting. And the wine? For breakfast, lunch and dinner, exactly reflecting life on their farm. Fruity and light, simply semi-carbonated Pinot Noir from the Viničky I. vineyard, without any interventions or sulphur."
