Orange wine made from Muscat d'Or. Destemmed crushed grapes were let to ferment on skins for a period of 10 days. Wine then continued it journey in stainless steel tanks where it matured on fine lees.
Big fragrant nose is very invitiv and the taste do not disappoint. Full blast of tangerines, mixed with stone fruits and citrus rinds. Wine is fruit forward so it feels some residual sugar is present although it is bone dry. Tannins are very low.
Alc.: 12.0% abv. Total Sulphur: 24mg/L.
