Two harvests, one vision. This white is a meeting of two exceptional vintages that the winemaker refused to rush — both 2018 and 2019 spent years quietly becoming themselves in old oak before they were ready to speak.
True to the winery's philosophy, four days of skin contact open the winemaking process, lending texture, grip and a depth that straightforward white wines rarely achieve. From there: old oak barrels, no intervention, no additions — just time and trust. A small touch of sulphites before bottling is the only concession to the modern world.
In the glass, it rewards patience. Honey and white meadow flowers lead, followed by a lift of citrus — bright, clean, and honest.
Natural. Unfiltered. Made to wait.
